Pasta Workshops
At Wildly Beloved Foods, we will teach you the art of pasta making, providing all materials for aspiring artisans to learn the character of fresh pasta dough to handcraft flat shapes such as Fettuccine and Tagliolini, and stuffed shapes such as Ravioli and Tortelloni, always incorporating local, organic and seasonal ingredients whenever possible. At Wildly Beloved Foods, we only use Molino Grassi Organic Semolina (flour), local organic eggs from Day Creek Organic Farms in Sedro Woolley, Washington, and organic baby spinach, pureéd.
Upon arrival, you will have a selection of charcuterie, non-alcoholic beverages and wines from which to choose. We will prepare a small plate of fresh pasta to enjoy before you depart with your handmade pasta in a compostable container, so that you may bring fine dining home.
If you are so inclined, please bring an apron. Classes typically last 2-3 hours. It will be time well-spent and we are very much looking forward to sharing our passion for pasta!
