WHAT TO EXPECT

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

You’ll learn the foundational techniques of traditional pasta-making — from mixing and kneading fresh dough, to shaping long noodles like Fettuccine and Tagliolini, and crafting stuffed varieties like Ravioli and Tortelloni. Each workshop is hands-on and designed for all skill levels, so whether you're a beginner or seasoned home cook, you’ll walk away with new skills (and pasta!).

  • A welcome spread with charcuterie, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
  • A fresh pasta tasting during the class
  • Your own handmade pasta to take home in a compostable container
DURATION

Most workshops last between 2 to 3 hours, depending on the group and pace.

ORGANIC INGREDIENTS

We exclusively use all organic ingredients:

  • Molino Grassi organic semolina flour
  • Organic eggs from Day Creek Organic Farms (Sedro Woolley, WA)
  • Organic, pureed baby spinach (when used in dough)
WHERE ARE THE WORKSHOPS

Our workshops take place on beautiful Whidbey Island, Washington, at our own Wildly Beloved space.
