Refund policy
Satisfied Eater Guarantee! This pasta was Made to Be Loved Wildly! If your pasta was not Wildly Beloved, please email us so that we may make it right.
We will issue a replacement or a refund for pasta only. For any other product purchased from our Wildly Beloved Foods Marketplace, a refund will only be honored for products that arrived to the customer damaged. Wildly Beloved Foods will require proof of damage before issuing a refund to the customer.
Refunds
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund you will need a valid receipt.
To start a refund, you can contact us at info@wildlybelovedfoods.com. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact info@wildlybelovedfoods.com. Exchanges are not available for our fresh or dried pasta.
