Fresh Spinach Pasta Class at our WBF Pasta Workshop Studio

Learn to make beautiful and delicious fresh Spinach pasta the way Founding owner, Aurora Echo, made it at the beginning of her pasta making journey. Using the finest organic Italian unenriched semolina flour and organic baby spinach purée with or without organic whole eggs.
In this 90 minute class, you'll learn how to make a Spinach pasta dough and use a hand-cranked pasta machine to form shapes like fettuccine, tagliolini, and lasagna sheets.
Expect a fun and hands-on class, and enjoy a plate of the prepared dish. This is not intimidating--It is adult play-dough that you get to eat!
And the best part? All of the pasta you make, you can take home in our commercially compostable plant-based containers and enjoy with friends and family or savor yourself!
For each class we will provide:
- a charcuterie board
- wine pairing
- a plate of the fresh pasta using seasonal and organic ingredients when available
