Learn to make beautiful and delicious fresh pasta at home the way the Italians make it, using the finest organic Italian semolina flour, organic eggs and water. In this two hour class, you'll learn how to make two types of pasta dough, plus how to shape it into fettuccine, lasagna sheets, tagliolini, and other traditional shapes from different regions of Italy. Each student will also learn to use a hand-cranked pasta machine. Expect a fun and hands-on class with pasta tasting and wine pairings. And the best part? All of the pasta you make, you can take home and enjoy!
